our opportunity to live in the historic Waldorf Flats has arrived.
Located in the heart of St. Paul's most prestigious Summit Hill neighborhood, this Colonial Revival manse puts you in the urban lifestyle—meandering to Grand Avenue shops and restaurants, biking and walking down Summit Avenue as well as hopping on I-94 or heading to downtown St. Paul or Minneapolis.

Part of the Historic Heritage Preservation District, The Waldorf Flats was built as an apartment building in 1900 by noted architect Herman Kretz. Accented with classical columns, capitals, porch balustrades, sculptural stone carvings and mosaics, we've meticulously restored and preserved many of the original historic features impossible to recreate today. With respect for Old World materials and craftsmanship, The Waldorf Flats has been completely renovated with today's state of the art systems, fixtures and amenities.

It's the best possible combination of design and technology in one of the Twin Cities' most coveted locations.
